Probably the main difference between IT Projects and other Projects is that the client requirements are rarely clear from the start, while in other mature industries, we know exactly what we want. A building consists of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and they&#039;re both subjects that you learn at school, for many years, and what you learn at school is strict, time-proven methodologies from A-Z. IT is different, you learn how to make a program, but you don&#039;t learn how to deliver it (am I making sense here?).</description>
